Returns

Once we have approved your return we will ask you to return your items and include the returns form in your parcel completed with your name and specified details.

Upon receipt of your return item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, onto your original purchasing method
Please note:

• Items must be returned unworn and in the condition that it was purchased in with tags attached.
• We recommend that all items are returned via recorded delivery, as we can’t accept liability for lost or damaged items before they reach us.
• Returns wont be accepted outside of the refund/ exchange period.
• Returns are processed within 5 working days, however it can take up to 10 working days to process card refunds to your bank account.
• Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on jewelry items.
• We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our policy.

Cancelled Orders:

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed a £5 cancellation fee will apply. This applies to all orders placed online and is to cover any costs incurred by us as a result of your cancelled order.

You are welcome to return your unwanted items for an exchange or credit note within strictly 14 days of the date that you received your item. 

Sales Return Policy:

Sale items purchased instore cannot be returned and the sale of such items is FINAL.
