We want you to love your Boutique purchase as much we do, so if its not right for you we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving your order in the post. 

Please Note: Sale items are return for exchange or credit note ONLY

UNLESS they are FINAL SALE which means they are non returnable 

What you have to do:

Include you name and order number

Once we have approved your return we will ask you to return your items and include the returns form in your parcel completed with your name and specified details.

Upon receipt of your return item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, onto your original purchasing method
Please note:

  • Items must be returned unworn and in the condition that it was purchased in with tags attached.
  • We recommend that all items are returned via recorded delivery, as we can’t accept liability for lost or damaged items before they reach us.
  • Returns wont be accepted outside of the refund/ exchange period.
  • Returns are processed within 5 working days, however it can take up to 10 working days to process card refunds to your bank account.
  • Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on jewelry items.
  • We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our policy.
